Work Order Requests
If you need to submit a work order please email the Service Desk.
If you need to report anything that needs immediate attention please call the Service Desk
We also have the option for our tenants to submit their own work orders through our Sprocket Work Order System.
Courtesy lockers are available in selected women's and men's restrooms. Lockers are provided for day use only, and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. These lockers are not to be used for overnight storage.
RiverPark Management, located at 10701 S. River Front Parkway, Suite 135, reserves the right to remove the lock and store articles left inside the locker in the lost and found for 30 days. Unclaimed articles may be disposed of after 30 days.
Our Property Patrolling Officer monitors Park property and helps us to maintain a safe working environment.
If you have special needs or suggestions on improving safety, we would be happy to arrange a meeting between you and the Officer.
Changing or Rekeying Locks
No additional locks may be installed on any door without Landlord's knowledge (including the re-keying of any lock). You may request locks to be replaced or re-keyed by contacting the Service Desk.
RiverPark must retain a master pass key for all leased spaces to be used in the event of any emergency.

Please be considerate of others when smoking outside.
Do not smoke near the doorways of buildings. State Law requires smoking to be 25-feet away from building entrances. The state also includes electronic smoking devices in the law.
Use the receptacles provided for disposing of unused portion of cigarettes.

Visitor and Overnight Parking
As a courtesy to our tenants we have provided "Visitor Only Parking" spaces to accommodate their clients and visitors.
Visitor parking is for the exclusive use of visitor to businesses within the park.
The posted two-hour limit will be enforced by our Property Patrolling Officer. If you believe a meeting will exceed that limit, please encourage your visitor to come to our office to obtain a temporary parking pass.
During business hours visitor parking will be monitored and the policy enforced.
RiverPark has no overnight parking policy throughout the Park.
